Allison Howell, LMFT

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Kentucky and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapist Associates, Allison has a passion for education, growth and supporting people from all walks of life to feel whole, grounded and aligned. Using EFT (emotion focused therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), narrative and client-centered approaches, Allison has experience working with clients from early childhood to late adulthood in community mental health, in-home, school-based and private practice settings. As a lifelong learner, Allison enjoys providing workshops about mental health and supervision to developing therapists.
